The Administrative Council consists of members elected by the General Meeting and the state Groups. It meets at least annually.
The responsibilities of the Administrative Council:
- Election of the non-executive members of the Board of Directors.
Election of a Chair of the Auditing and Accounting Board.
Fixing the budget.
Issuance of the bylaw regulating membership fees.
Approval of the annual financial statements and the annual report.
Ratification of the decisions of the Board of Directors.
Appointment of the auditor.
Appointment of honorary members and members of the Relief Fund Supervisory Board.
Establishment, relocation and closure of state business offices.
