Administrative Council

The Administrative Council consists of members elected by the General Meeting and the state Groups. It meets at least annually.

The responsibilities of the Administrative Council:

  • Election of the non-executive members of the Board of Directors.
  • Election of a Chair of the Auditing and Accounting Board.

  • Fixing the budget.

  • Issuance of the bylaw regulating membership fees.

  • Approval of the annual financial statements and the annual report.

  • Ratification of the decisions of the Board of Directors.

  • Appointment of the auditor.

  • Appointment of honorary members and members of the Relief Fund Supervisory Board.

  • Establishment, relocation and closure of state business offices.
